ESXi Sphere & VMware Vsphere Client

I have a home lap I am setting up.  I am using  WMware WS 9.1 and have a ESXi Sphere 5.1.0 Build 1064113 running with in VMware® Workstation  Build 9.0.2 build-1031769  on my HP Envy Phoenix I7 -3770 with 12GB Memory.  This issue it with the Vpshere client ether under Windows 7 Enterprise or Windows 8  Pro ( both Fresh Builds )  The vSphere client is the one i downloaded from the host it's self.

I get errors 98% of the time when working under the configuration tab please see screen shots:

Any suggestions would be helpful.  One thing to note is the same client work just fine from my laptop on windows 7
