Implementation of two ESXi and new switch setup.

Hi.

Right now I have 3 ESXi servers, which connects to an SAN with ISCSI, which is using an Essentials license.

The two switches, which the ESXi and SAN are connected to now, is being used to ISCSI, VM Network and Management traffic, without any VLANS.

I want to divide the Network up into ISCSI and VM Network / Management.

So its gonna look like this: http://sdrv.ms/18XLOvb

Instead of this: http://sdrv.ms/18XLKvn

And then i would like to integrate my two new ESXi servers, with a new Essentials Plus license.

So my question is how to i implement this, the best possible way? I hope I can do this without so much down time.
